Deuteronomy 29: 20: The LORD will not spare him, but then the anger of the LORD and his jealousy shall smoke against that man, and all the curses that are written in this book shall lie upon him, and the LORD shall blot out his name from under heaven.
God said that names would be blotted out from “under” Heaven, but not “in” Heaven.
An example of this is the tribes of Dan and Ephraim which were blotted out “under” Heaven because they became centres of idolatry.
Dan and Ephraim are not numbered among the 12 tribes of Revelation 7, but were replaced by Joseph and Manasseh.
In the Millennium, Dan and Ephraim do appear again among the tribes of Israel and have their borders defined in the Book of Ezekiel.
