Mary Magdalene and the number seven

Luke 8: 2: And certain women, which had been healed of evil spirits and infirmities, Mary called Magdalene, out of whom went seven devils,

Seven devils formally possessed Mary Magdalene; Brother Branham named these devils in the message, “Questions and answers on Genesis”; July 29, 1953: boastfulness, emulations, filthiness, pride, strife, uncleanness and vulgarity.

A woman represents a church in the Bible.

Mary Magdalene represents a people who have been delivered from seven dispensations (the seven church ages) and was the first to come into contact with the resurrected Christ.

Mary Magdalene saw Christ crucified, she saw Him buried and she brought spices and ointment to the tomb.

Christ appeared to Mary Magdalene first at His resurrection; she thought Him to be the gardener (John 20: 15), but when He called Her by name (John 20: 16), then she recognised Him and went forth with the message of His resurrection.

The Bride has come out from the seven church ages; She is now in the eternal church age (read: The stature of a perfect man; Jeffersonville, Indiana; October 14, 1962); She has recognised the resurrected Christ by Him calling Her name in the Lamb’s section of the Book of Life through the message of the hour (Malachi 4: 5 - 6).

We too have a resurrection message, that Christ has come, that He is here and that His light, His life and His love has been shed abroad in our hearts (Romans 5: 5).
