Osama Bin Laden was a modern example of the ancient Pharaoh whose objective it was to destroy the Jewish people. As Pharaoh was drowned in the Red Sea, so likewise was Osama Bin Laden plunged into the ocean after being killed.
The children of Israel left Egypt the morning after the Passover (April 15); seven days later (Exodus 13: 6), after the seven-day Passover, we come to April 22. The children of Israel travelled to Etham (Exodus 13: 20), and then later camped in Pihahiroth (Exodus 14: 9); a strong east wind blew upon the Red Sea on the final night of the month (Exodus 14: 20 - 21). The children of Israel spent May 1 crossing the Red Sea to escape the Egyptian army. Exodus 14: 24 is the morning watch of May 2; the LORD caused the chariot wheels of the Egyptian army to fall-off shortly before the waters returned and drowned them all.
Osama Bin Laden was killed by the U.S. Navy SEAL’s, but to prevent the Muslims constructing a shrine over his burying-place (which may have caused more political upheaval), the Americans chose to bury his body at sea where it would never be found. The date of Bin Laden’s killing and sea burial was May 2, 2011.
